Our range of Electronics Assembly Services include “design for manufacture, surface-mount assembly, through-hole assembly, automated optical inspection (AOI), box build/test, supply chain management, along with PCB repair and rework services.
Our dedicated and highly skilled team work closely alongside customer personnel to ensure an unmatched level of support and quality of service. Our typical batch sizes range from 1 to 10,000 PCBs, with the option of larger volumes being manufactured via our long-established contract electronics manufacturing partners in the Far East.

Kaizen offer high speed SMT assembly along with wave and selective soldering for through hole parts.
Box Build
Our box build service can include full or partial product assembly, along with functional or soak testing to customer requirements

Our NPI and prototyping service include design for manufacture and full commercial BOM reviews .
