Kaizen Technology Welcomes New Recruits.

Leading electronic manufacturing services supplier, Kaizen Technology, has recently appointed two young people to our workforce from nearby Meridian School.

Matt and Cameron joined Kaizen in January 2018 and are already making a positive contribution to the company. Selected for their aptitude and excellent work ethic, they have both settled in exceptionally well.

“In a short space of time, I have been impressed with their eagerness to learn new skills,” said David Cousins, Kaizen’s Managing Director. “Matt and Cameron are doing really well and are already a valuable addition to the team. With continued effort, they can look forward to a stimulating and rewarding career in Electronics Manufacturing”

Electronic Manufacturing Services

Kaizen offers a tailored training plan to its new recruits, which includes the practical aspects of the job, such as hand soldering PTH and SMT parts, component identification and pre-forming. Trainees work alongside qualified members of staff and gain job-specific skills from experienced engineers.

With a genuine interest in electronics, both Matt and Cameron are following this programme and are gaining valuable experience in product manufacture and testing. They will continue to receive hands-on training as they progress.

Kaizen Technology Puts Quality First

Equally important to Matt and Cameron’s hands-on learning is gaining familiarity of industry standard operating procedures, how to read a build pack as well as maintaining attention to detail and quality at all times.

All our employees show a conscientious attitude to quality, and that is reflected in the quality of our work and our services. At the heart of everything we do is the philosophy of continual improvement.
